The Supplier shall provide appropriate training to relevant Supplier’s and Subcontractors’ personnel on any applicable environmental and social aspect of the Contract, including appropriate sensitization on prohibition of SEA, health and safety. As stated in the Purchaser’s Requirements or as instructed by the Project Manager, the Supplier shall also allow appropriate opportunities for the relevant personnel to be trained on any applicable environmental and social aspects of the Contract by the Purchaser’s personnel and/or other personnel assigned by the Purchaser.
