2.2 Inter Media reserves (i) to execute any agreement (including licensing agreements) different from a sponsorship agreement with any third party and (ii) due to the non-exclusive nature of the Agreement, to execute sponsorship agreements effective in and out of the Territory with any third party even for the promotion of products competing with the Products. It remains nevertheless agreed and understood between the Parties that Inter Media shall not be part to more than no. 2 (two) additional sponsorship agreements (other than this present Agreement), which are effective in the Territory and meant to grant visibility to products competing with the Products.
