We are only sharing the letter with an assistant to the C-suite. I can share that one of the companies stated that they have received a number of letters from US Governors and wanted to clarify which one we were referring to.To be clear, the Governor letters did not request a specific action and therefore the assistants would not have been instructed to do anything. The request for a copy of the letter is so that they can track down the original letter and get some clarify from the CEO on what, if anything, they wish to do next.I would suggest that in future, in any correspondence with an investor, they should ask for a specific commitment which can be actioned.Happy for you to edit this as you see fit
