7. Quality standards1.The measurement of insulation resistance should comply with the following regulation: The resistance of suspension insulator which is used for voltage class of 330kV and below should not be lower than 300MΩ; The resistance of suspension insulator which is used for voltage class of 500kV and above should not be lower than 500MΩ; The resistance of post insulator which is used for voltage class of 35kV and below should not be lower than 500MΩ.2.AC voltage endurance test should comply with the following regulations: The post insulators which are used for voltage class of 35kV and below should take AC voltage endurance tests, which could be conducted together after the installation of busbar was completed. The test voltage should be in line with the stipulation in appendix F of testing regulation GB-50150, the test voltage value for the AC voltage endurance test of suspension insulator should be 60kV.8.Safety measures and Environmental Requirements1.Obtain the work ticket or complete the related formalities before test.2.The on-site safety disclosure should be conducted for all the personnel taking part in before the test, which should be carried out under the supervision of the special personnel assigned. Set safety fence or warning tape around the testing site and the irrelevant personnel are not allowed to get inside.3.Ensure the safe use of construction electricity and the reliably grounding of equipment..4. It is obliged to find a safe and reliable grounding point before conducting a HV testing, and keep the tested busbar phase away from the other two phases in safe distances. The other two phases should be shorted with each other and grounded. The operator should report it to the responsible officer when the above operations were completed, and they should verify it together before the testing begins. The special personnel should be assigned for supervision over the testing process, and the other personnel working nearby should be notified about that the test was going to begin.5.Clear out the waste left from the test in time and send them to the appropriative waste drop-off area .6.All connecting wires (short wires)should be removed after the test.7.Recycle the safety fence or warning tape duly.8.Clean up the construction site in time after test to ensure well progress of the following installation work.
