Seen from Table 3.3, 79.4 per cent of beginning teachers believe need to accept the induction, while only 8.8% of beginning teachers do not need to feel accepted induction training. Data show that beginning teachers to accept the induction are in high demand. Before induction, beginning teachers have high enthusiasm of participating in the training, 63.2% of the teachers are willing to participating in the training, only 8.8% of beginning teachers participating in the training initiative low. Thus, in the beginning teachers are highly motivated to participate in induction training, not enough to understand the plight of various aspects of their teaching skills is necessary to accept the induction, the urgent need to make up their own deficiencies through induction training, to better adapt the teaching profession, promoting the development of their specialization.
