As you may aware of that we are working with plant supply chain team for inventory reduction. One potential improvement point for JIA plant is to see if we can reduce the inspection waiting time of fiberglass CPT, since it contributes roughly 1 day.JIA plant fiberglass inventory currently is around 2.5 days, we want to reduce to 0.5 days since the supplier is nearby and keep at least 2 weeks stock for us. Wen Jing has given a very good suggestion on the cancellation of CPT test.I consulted this with Ris, and he shared with me that supplier has been asked by global to do this test by batch, this request has been reflected in the document attached and updated in Mar.Further question for us is can we ask global to cancel this test in the plants, then quality department can save some hours and supplier chain team don’t need to put the material on the ground and waiting, furthermore we can reduce the stock down to less than one day.Thanks, and let me know your ideas.
