Elementary school math is undoubtedly a very logical subject. The math teacher Polya once said: “An analogy is a kind of similarity.” When learning mathematics, we often have the feeling that “we like to know” and in different branches you will feel something similar in different areas. When we compare and associate this type of similarity, the nature of a known mathematical object is transferred to another mathematical object, and the way to preserve the nature of another object is analog. It enables us to fully develop our own ideas, use existing knowledge and experience to compare strange and unknown problems with familiar problems or similar solved things and to solve problems creatively.When students learn concepts, it is easy for students to feel bored simply by teaching. However, if you take out the related things that you are familiar with and make an analogy, half the effort will be achieved. Analogy is a way of thinking of indirect thinking and a basic method of learning mathematics.
