In the process of Fuzzy Assessment of Taihua City Project Risk Level, this paper needs to calculate the subordinate degree of each risk index, which is the basic data of Fuzzy Assessment. It is mainly obtained by experts scoring the impact degree of each risk factor relative to the overall risk of the project. It should be noted that in the expert scoring of 17 risk indicators, first of all, experts need to understand the basic risk assessment methods of this study; secondly, experts need to understand the risk factors identified in the Taihua project, and reasonably evaluate the 17 risk factors in the whole process of Taihua project according to their own work experience and professional knowledge. The impact of physical risk, and then combined with the specific situation of the project. Scientifically and reasonably scoring with professional evaluation means and techniques.
In this paper, the risk indicators are divided into five levels: high, high, general, low and very low, and the corresponding scores are given according to the project risk index evaluation system and the relevant experience of professionals.
In this paper, we continue to invite the scoring experts in Table 4-2 to score the 17 risk factors identified in the Taihua project one by one according to their work experience, professional knowledge and understanding of the project risk according to the composition of the scoring table (see Appendix 2).
Statistical analysis of the scoring results eliminates the highest and lowest differences, and takes the average of the intermediate scores to get the statistical table of expert survey data as shown in Table 5-12.
