The toolbar helps the user post process and evaluate formability results according to the FLD (Forming Limit Diagram):The results are evaluated using the Major and Minor Principal strains of the analysis, so it is a prerequisite that the respective results are loaded.The FLC (Forming Limit Curve) can be theoretically predicted according to various methods or loaded from file e.g. if acquired by tests.The FLD is calculated and the model is colored according to its respective zones.A Post-Processing tab is provided in the tool for the easy detection and isolation of the evaluated results.2.Tuning and Calculations2.1.Load Model / Required ResultsLoad the geometry and the results using the Read Results window.Forming results from all decks are supported.Make sure that Major and Minor Principal Strain results are both loaded on the desired location (Top, Bottom, Max etc.).2.2.Set UpSelect Part:Only the blank part (the one that is being formed) of the model needs to be selected.You can either Apply On Visible, Select from List or specify the Part Id(s).Parameters: n,K,T :- Work Hardening Exponent (n):Strain hardening exponent according to Hollomon's Hardening Law.Mandatory field.- Strength Coefficient (K):Strength coefficient according to Hollomon's Hardening Law.Mandatory field.
