I understand that you would have preferred a different card be charged however as my colleague has advised, we will not be able to make that change at this stage. You are more than welcome to refuse the delivery and the order will be sent back to us and refunded however we may have the option to have the carrier stop the delivery and return it to us before they attempt the delivery. Would you like me to keep checking on the order for you and ask the carrier to do so if the option becomes available?
