miRNAs have been identifiedassignificantregulatorswhich can link nerve injury, pain, and inflammation.23Neuroinflammationcontributesalottoneuropathicpaindevelopment.24 In addition, the release of inflammationcytokines, such as IL‐1β, TNF‐α, and IL‐6 can lead toneuropathic pain progression. miR‐93 can alleviateneuropathic pain through targeting STAT3.26 miR‐150represses neuropathic pain progression via inhibitingTLR5.27 Here, in our study, we found that miR‐134‐5poverexpressionrepressedIL‐1β,TNF‐α,andIL‐ 6proteinlevelsgreatly,whichindicatedthatmiR‐134‐5prepressedneuropathicpainprogression viatargetingneuroinflam-mationinvivo.
