Next, to investigate the biological role of miR‐134‐5p inneuropathic pain, miR‐134‐5p was stably upregulated inratsLV‐miR‐134‐5p.ComparedwiththeCCIcontrolgroup,miR‐134‐5p was significantly overexpressed in CCI ratsinfectedwithLV‐miR‐134‐5p(Figure2A).Furthermore,itwasdisplayedthatbothmechanicalallodynia(Figure2B)and thermal hyperalgesia (Figure 2C) were significantlyrepressedbymiR‐134‐5poverexpressioninCCIratmodels.TheseresultsindicatedthatmiR‐134‐5pplayedasuppres-siveroleonneuropathicpainprogressioninvivo.
