The tool storage unit shall be positioned within a maximum radius of 1,800 mm aroundrobot axis 1.This ensures that the robot's geometry is stable during tool change.If the changer system supplier's load diagram or asymmetric tool centers of gravitymake tool supports necessary, these shall also be designed and implemented floatingor adjustable.The supports shall be coordinated with the system supplier by the general contractor,and only the components planned and approved for this shall be used.The system supplier's instructions and guidelines (quick guide) shall generally beimplemented and adhered to.All satellites (bolt-on kits) on the robot side that are not assigned depending on thecoupled technology shall be protected through blind plugs on the tool side.For the tool changer with camera systems the power supply by the robot and theindividual stowage have to be from the same voltage source.
