to examine the Premises and to perform any maintenance, repairs or alterations to any part of the Premises or to any equipment and services serving the Premises or any other part of the Building or Property;(ii)in cases of emergency;(iii)to read any utility or other meters;(iv)during the last twelve (12) months of the Term to show the Premises to prospective Tenants and to permit prospective Tenants to make inspections, measurements and plans;(v)at any time during the Term to show the Premises to prospective purchasers or lenders; and(vi)to place a "For Lease” or "For Sale” sign on/in the Premises.
