5.1 Foundation design description is shown in specific drawings.5.2 Embedded anchor bolt in the foundation adopts double nuts.5.3 Connection sequence of exposed steel column foot and foundation:a. 50 or 60mm thickness adjustable steel shim shall be evenly placed on the top surface of foundation, and the top surface of shim shall be leveled to design elevation with a level gauge.b. Lifting steel column.c. After the steel column is installed and corrected, cast C40 non shrinkage fine aggregate concrete between the top surface of foundation and the bottom plate of column foot.d. Tighten the anchor bolt nut of column foot, and weld the nut with shim and shim with the column bottom plate.5.4 For insert column foot, before the column installation, the inner part of the foundation cup mouth must be roughened and cleaned. The bottom of cup mouth should be casted with 50 mm thickness C40 fine aggregate concrete cushion. The top surface of cushion must ensure high-precision levelness and elevation. Steel column can be installed after the curing is completed and the strength is reached. After installation, positioning and correction, C40 fine aggregate concrete is used to compact and fill the foundation cup mouth.5.5 The metal surface of steel column foot below ground shall be painted with cement mortar mixed with sodium nitrite (NaNO2) of 2% cement weight, and then the column foot shall be wrapped with C20 concrete 150 mm above the indoor floor, and the thickness of the wrapping concrete (calculated from the edge of steel member) shall not be less than 50 mm.5.6 In order to ensure the anchor bolt positioning accurately, use the fixed support with enough rigidity, which shall be manufactured by construction unit according to site conditions, and measures shall be taken to prevent the displacement during the concrete casting and compacting.5.7 When the volume of foundation concrete is larger, mix proportion shall be reasonably selected for concrete construction, and temperature control measures, curing and temperature measurement shall be taken according to site conditions and construction technology to prevent cracks.
