There is not an established process but on occasions we have been able to do so under deviation / concession for certain products. That said, CASE is a make item for which we do the packaging and it is possible to supply the required materials given that we can get the deviation, and help from the logistics team to get the parts needed there. T2100, however, we get packaged and labelled from a 3rd party vendor, and we have a minimal process to add power cord according to the region, but no packaging or labelling, so we don’t have the material needed to replace damaged packaging. We have escalated to the design team and the vendor the frequent damage reports we get for this product and packaging changes are being worked by such teams.
