After readying all the positive reviews on this hoover all I can say is what a let down!! Bought one last November (thankfully in the Black Friday sales!) You could easily pull a muscle trying to manoeuvre this vacuum around the house! It's bulky, awkward and the suction is super strong that at times you end up wrestling with it to release its grip especially if you are hoovering small rugs and mats. Also this hoover frequently gets stuck on the carpet , the green light changes to red and gets very noisy ( like it's ready to blow!) EVEN when it's on the carpet mode and min setting. The cord on the side is badly positioned, making it very awkward to move around, it constantly gets in the way, making it a trip hazard, as a result you have to hold the cord constantly while you vacuum. Apart from the suction , this hoover was a big disappointment! I got this for my Mam as her old one broke but there is no way she could use it as it's way too awkward and heavy for her. Would'nt recommend unless you want a workout!!
