Financial fixed assetsEquity investments that are destined to remain in the business assets on a long-term basis, as a result of management will and the Group’s actual ability to hold them for a long period of time, are classified as financial fixed assets. Otherwise, they are recorded under current assets. The change in allocation from fixed assets to current assets, or vice versa, is indicated according to the specific valuation criteria of the original portfolio.The classification of receivables between financial fixed assets and current assets is carried out based on the criteria for their allocation relating to ordinary operations and, therefore, regardless of their maturity. Receivables of a financial origin are classified under financial fixed assets, whilst those resulting from trade are classified under current assets. The valuation criteria of receivables are set out below.
