unfortunately it turns out that we seem to have a bigger problem with the motoric dice #E1810.We have received more and more customer complaints recently.Common damages are:- Chipped paint on the edges of the green plates and the handle parts- Many scratches that look in the light as if the item had been used for a long time- Stripes in the wood on the ball track- Very common Paint or wood defects that have been poorly painted over with a similar shade and a brushWe currently have 29 pieces of the motor cube that have the previous errors.However, we also have 171 of the article in stock, which may also have one of these "quality defects".Even if we have purchased the goods via import, they should be in perfect condition.Enclosed you will find illustrations of the various defects.Please give me information on how we can solve the problem as we cannot sell the goods in this way.
