We did sampling inspection to the 204pcs of 38.1mm thickness from Gurit incoming materials on 13th Aug, finding 63 pcs defect panels with brown stains, and the defect rate is up to 30.9%. What’s more, when we did inspection to the 180pcs of 15.9mm thickness from Gurit incoming materials on 14th Aug, we also found 62 pcs defect panels with brown stains and the defect rate is up to 34.4%(pls check the attachment for detailed information).The defect rate of brown stains is above 30%, which has badly influence our production pace, and may has the risk of break our production. Pls inform the material supplier to handle this issue ASAP.
