A special cardiac monitoring support system is needed to treat critically ill patients. Innovative hemodynamic monitoring technology has been proved to be an accurate and reliable regular monitoring technology. However, due to its innovative features, high price, relatively difficult operation, increased risk of infection and other factors, it is not widely used in the intensive care unit of most primary hospitals. Ultrasonic cardiac power monitor (uscom) and electro-transit cardiac power monitor (icon) are two commonly used noninvasive monitoring methods, which can effectively monitor the changes of cardiac function and reflect cardiac function and hemodynamics. Based on the research progress of these two methods, this paper summarizes the progress of non-invasive functional monitoring in Linchuan.
