Munday(2001) defined the process of translation when the translators translate a written language of source language into a written language in another language. He pointed out that the Skopostheorie concerns the purpose of translation firstly, which put the translation methods and strategies as the determinant used to generate ample functional results. Since it is so , the evaluation process will be conducted from the perspective of the target people, and the terminology is sufficient rather than equivalent. Wilss(2001) believes that translation is not just about finding other words with similar meaningins in another language, but about finding the right way to express things. Translation is always based on semantics, that is, semantics from the source language to the translation of the transformation, not the form.
