Please note once we submit the evidence with the CNIPA, the CNIPA will forward a copy of our submission to the adverse party for response. Then the adverse party will know what evidence we have and even destroy the evidence on trademark infringement. Thus, it's better for client to finish the notarization before the adverse party becomes alert and the evidence on trademark infringement is destroyed. Once the notarized purchase and downloading is finished, kindly send us a copy of the notarial deed.
