Have missed the window to return this hoover for refund as not used straight away. Trying to clean house today, after cleaning filter couldn't get the dust canister to click back on and it kept falling off then noticed the lack of suction is because the canister and suction holes are misaligned so are not sealed. No wonder I am going over the same piece of carpet trying to get dirt picked up!! Had a Morphy Richards last in same sort of price bracket which was far superior to this one but unfortunately they don't make it any more...that was the best vacuum we have owned.Save your money and avoid would have given no stars if had been allowed
