Guide the blade by bending it slightly to the first row of pins as shown in the right drawing Figure 6. Move the blade in and out several times. Then stick the blade in the second row and move blade in and out.Repeat this up to the last row.Repeat this for all sections.Due to limited accessibility the left and the right Alucom sections of the heat exchanger are not accessible from the bottom.7. Mount all inspection covers, on the heat exchanger8. Flush with plenty of water through the burner opening, in every flue passage, to flush out all the loose fouling products.9. Repeat sequence 1-8.10. Clean the cleaning blade, and dry it using a cloth.11. Remove all fouling products from the bottom of the sump with a vacuum cleaner or a dustpan and brush.12. Mount the inspection cover on the sump.13. Remove the siphon trap. Remove all debris. 14. Fill the siphon trap with water and mount it again.
