Under the E-commerce model, with the continuous expansion of business volume, the cost of logistics determines the future development of the company. Whether it is self-operated logistics, outsourcing logistics or third-party logistics, it has become a way of cost control. In the logistics industry, each enterprise has its own development model, but with the continuous expansion of self-operated logistics, cost control issues have become a hot topic. This paper first compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two modes of self-operated and outsourced logistics in the form of a case, and finds out the differences between the two. Then it analyzes the two modes of self-operated logistics and outsourcing logistics, compares the control methods of the two modes and obtains some inspirations. Finally, it proposes some important improvement measures for the construction of self-operated logistics system in the E-commerce environment.
