From this gym workout lessons, I learned that gym workout is also an exercise that can beused to relax the mood and relieve the pressure brought by academics. This is becausewhenever I workout, my mind will only show the idea of how to practise my body better.Not only that, exercise can temporarily put aside the troubles that my life brings. This alsoindirectly made me feel the happiness that gym workout brings me. In addition, in class, Ialso learned how to make exercise postures more correct. This allows me to betterunderstand the importance and safety of correct posture. Lastly, I learned that gym workoutswith different feature activities can raise the heart rate, increase the pulse rate and rev upmetabolism. I also learn that how to warmup and cool down and the importance of it.
