15Report of Safety ProductionContractor shall report to Owner about the HSSE at the time when it reports the progress of the Project and information about the production to Owner. The details and time of report shall be determined by Owner. 16Commitment from ContractorContractor undertakes that it will fulfill the liabilities of this Contract and strengthen the HSSE management during the performance of the Project, ensuring to complete the Project on time and with good quality. 17Insurance17.1If it is required to effect insurance for the Project, Owner shall obtain the life and property insurance for its employees who take part in the Project, and the premium for insurance will be borne by Owner.17.2Contractor shall obtain insurance for its employees, equipments and facilities at Site, and the premium for insurance will be borne by Contractor. 17.3If any event occurs, Contractor shall notify Owner within 15 days after the accident of the loss or damage and provide an evaluation report to Owner. If the loss continues to expand, Contractor shall notify Owner in every ten days after the first fifteen days until the event stops.
