The effects of the CSP parameters such as wt% of the solution, temperature, time, and postannealing were systematically studied on the relative densities of the samples. The powders were mixed with various amounts of the treatment solution. The optimum amount was found to be 18‐21 wt% of the treatment solution to ensure the success of the process. Mixing the powder with the treatment solution for amounts more than the optimum range fails the process. This results in a paste‐like mixture leading to samples full of layered cracks after the CSP. Upon heating the die, the solution evaporates
