1. There´s no need to step back in history and make a big story about punched link plates. But you may ask Jixi about their opinion for the pitch tolerances in the punched link plates. We need to know this.2. The laser cut link plates need some attention. Laser cutting is much more precise and my question is, which tolerance can be reached safely. Apart from this we have to improve the way of checking the pitch distance in the link plates. This should be done on pre-assembled inner and outer links. The caliper provides much more reliable results when it´s used on machined surfaces (bolts, bushes) than on laser-cut or punched surfaces.3. Please have the dimensions of the bushes checked. We need to know why the distance is too close in some cases and how this will be avoided in future.
