Hi Guys,Need some advice from the pros on this forum. I’m still confused/upset as to how and why Amazon allows these kinds of buyer abuse. I have one buyer who opened 4 a-z claims for same items and stated 4 different reason codes for a purchases made about 2 weeks ago (same day)I’ve never seen this before. And oddly enough, this same buyer ordered and was refunded for this product 5 months ago as well.Am I missing something? I’m all well versed in the whole “customer is always right” concept, and have given tons of undeserved refunds knowing full well that “you have to live with eating losses” in this business. But this one is beyond me.Any suggestions?
