We found a new problem – we noticed the holder’s name in the international registration is BELCHING BEAVER BREWERY, however client’s registered name in the business registration is “BELCHING BEAVER BREWERY, INC”, it means the name in the international registration is inconsistent with the name in the business registration. To obtain a certified copy of registration certificate, we should submit with the CNIPA (1) a copy of POA signed by client, and (2) a copy of client’s business registration certificate (we can get a copy from the website www.sos.ca.gov), if the name in the international registration is inconsistent with the name in the business registration, the CNIPA will refuse our application. Therefore, to avoid the official action, please kindly have the name “BELCHING BEAVER BREWERY” in the international registration no. 1366714 changed into “BELCHING BEAVER BREWERY, INC”. We will file the application for certified copy of registration certificate once the name change is recorded.
