I have an earlier version of the Wind Tunnel and its been a good vacuum, but was time to replace it. I figured I would buy the upgraded version of the vacuum that I've really liked to use for a number of years. I got it in the mail today and was excited to try it out. Great suction power, but it is so heavy and hard to push around on my carpet. On all settings. The long hose is great, but as soon as you turn the vacuum on, the flexibility of that hose is gone and it is hard to stretch out. The tools feel cheaper than the ones on my old vacuum from a few years ago. The cord is not retractable. Overall, I am not satisfied and will be sending this purchase back.
