Overview of AnalyticsOverview of General FunctionsBasic PackageSupplier Negotiation KitInspection Efficiency & Intelligence KitOverview of General FunctionsTo access analytics, click on the Insights menu and select Analytics.Once on the landing page, the user sees the charts organized in two sections: My Favorites and All Charts.FAVORITES can be managed by clicking on the “Edit My Favorites” icon in the top right corner of the My Favorites section.Drag and drop charts from left to right or up and down to change their position.FILTERS are available to generate reports related to specific data in the system.Input values, select values from dropdowns, select dates, etc. to filter.Click on “Refresh” to apply filters.Once filters have been applied, use the SAVE FILTERS function to save and store filters rather than filtering for them each time.Input a Filter Name. Note: this box will only display after filters have beenapplied.Click “Save” to add it to your list of Saved Filters.Easily select Saved Filter from a dropdown to quickly filter data.Note: Date filters cannot be saved.LEGENDS identify the values of each color block in a chart.It is possible to click on items in the legend to toggle them as active or inactive in the chart.If inactive, it will remove the color block from the chart display. The image will remain as such when exported.E.g., Here the Passed inspections were removed from the Inspection Pass Fail Analysis Trend chart.EXPORT of table data and chart images is possible by clicking on the icon on the right.Export formats are in JPEG, PNG PDF and Excel.Note: Some tables without images, will have a green “Export” button which allows to export data in Excel format only.Additional DROPDOWNS are available in many charts to toggle data view options.E.g., 1. Click here to change the chart content and data type.E.g., 2. Click here to toggle the X axis of the chart to view data by different values.Use the SHOW AS GROUPoption to display inspection data by inspection report group for when PO Lines are booked and inspected in one single report.Note: This is recommended if inspections are usually completed as grouped inspections.Use the SHOW COMPANYGROUPS option to display companies (i.e., suppliers, factories, etc.) within their company groups rather than individually.Note: This is only used when the Company Groups option is active on the Manage Companies page and where groups exist for the specific company types.
