Due to the outbreak in Feb. & Mar., our salary were paid in accordance with the rule of comprehensive working hours.-- For employees who is not present or partially present in the current month, we paid base salary, then the un-worked hours during this period will be recorded and offset the employee's overtime per month during April to Sept.;For employees who is on regular attendance, we will pay full salary as before;-- In order to encourage our employees to back work position during the outbreak, company has given some bonus for incentive;So it is why payroll of Mar. with more time off work, is higher than Feb.
