This isn't necessarily a dislike but the hotel is meant to be a 'green' hotel, so for example they will only wash your towels if you leave them on the counter/laundry basket, which is great. However, I wish they would actually try to be more green and get rid of the annoying disposable tiny plastic shampoo/conditioner/bath gel bottles. I am so used to refillable glass bottles in mist hotels etc that everytime I showered during my stay and had to chuck those empty plastic containers, I literally felt like I was terrorising our poor planet. Anyway, just my own personal wish... aside from that, the hotel was amazing overall! Also not a bad thing, but just an FYI so you can budget accordingly, they require a deposit on check in (this is returned upon check out). They charged me 500 RMB and this was quickly refunded back into me WeChat balance upon check out.
