So now the narrative changes again after almost 1 week of email expalnation.1. If all the errors are coming from an abnormal settlement that you mentioned. Solution is simple. Start with the static equity number in your first email (which coincides with the number I have in my database) just before the settlement. Add all the funding payment and upl of ALL contracts, that would be the equity it shd be just after the settlement. Compared that against the number that Huobi thought I had after the settlement, that's the difference to adjust. Which is exactly what I have done. 2. Now suddenly out of no where, 1630 becomes the one crucial time when the equity matters. I do not understand how this is relevant. I do not see a jump in equity from my database record at 1630. If this timestamp is of any significance suddenly, show me the time series of the equity leading to this crucial timestamp from 1600. If as you said throughout all the email response this is because of an abnormal settlement which happens at 1600, explain to me how something happened after that matters to the equity amount we are referring to 3. On the first email you sent me, I have already taken the benefits of the doubts to accept the equity adjustment as the exchange rest assured me the value of the asset is correct. It makes no sense if you are saying the system takes 3 more days to calculate the correction again. Either your staff is lying to me in the face in the first email or you are just making up a number in the first email. I do not take responsibility when an exchange assured me everything is correct and then screwed up. Same if it happens the other way round to me.
