This is Vern and I'm replying to you via email instead of Alibaba after our friend Lily suggested it. We are hoping this will help resolve our issues faster. Pasted below are your Alibaba messages from yesterday for reference. (( these were the only messages from you on Alibaba -- If you said anything else that is missing, please include in your reply here ))Issue #1 (see screenshot below) -- We sent new artwork to you on Nov 1st and it's now the 13th. If you paid $200 to "adjust" plates, then unfortunately it was done in error because the "adjusted" artwork was clearly wrong. It was old artwork and the only thing that changed was that everything was shifted up, this was done in error and we never would have approved this.Issue #2 (see screenshot below) -- This is our first order with you. In our own companies, we have had many "issues" through the years with our own customers and have lost thousands in an effort to keep our customers happy - so they hopefully come back - and hopefully they tell others, and hopefully get NEW orders in future. We believe in great customer service and hopefully you do as well? We kindly ask you to please use new artwork that was submitted to Emily on Nov 1st and proceed with order ( without additional charges to us) All we are wanting to do is get these cups printed and it's now costing us greatly since this order will now miss our container that's scheduled around Nov 25th and we'll have to pay for separate LCL shipping just for this order.This is the only order on Alibaba that we've had issues with and very disappointed about how things are going.Please review and let us know what we can work out?
